A question is a powerful parliamentary device in the armoury of an MP for seeking information on a matter of public importance within the specific congnisanse of a Minister of the Government of India. Insiders, however, say, more often than not, MPs have certain foreknowledge, and the latent intent behind seeking information is to pinpoint of highlight delay, inefficiency, waste, malpractices and acts of omission and commission of the Government.
